The Brainrich Pull-up Bars add-on turns your kids' play gym into a genuine family fitness station. Height-adjustable like every Brainrich bar, it sets low for a 6-year-old's first chin-up and high for a parent's morning pull-ups: the same steel, the same 220 lb rating.
What it builds
- Upper-body and grip strength: hanging and pulling are the foundation of shoulder stability and postural strength, and the single best predictor that a kid will own the monkey bars.
- Proprioceptive "heavy work": dead hangs and pull-ups deliver the joint compression and muscle feedback occupational therapists prescribe for regulation and body awareness.
