Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Brainrich play gym is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Set it up, let your kids climb all over it, and give it a full month of real play. If your family isn't completely convinced, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund – even if it's been assembled and used. No restocking fees on guarantee returns.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@brainrichkids.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a few photos of the gym as it is now, and a sentence about why it didn't work out – it genuinely helps us improve. (Often we can fix the issue on a quick FaceTime call – a surprising number of "returns" turn out to be a configuration tweak.)
  2. Our team will reply quickly with your exact refund amount and simple repacking and shipping instructions, and walk you through every step.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method – typically within 5–10 business days.

The details, in plain English

  • Used is okay. The guarantee exists so your family can actually try the gym. Please return all parts and hardware, repacked securely – the original boxes work best, so we recommend keeping them for the first month.
  • Shipping costs are the shared part. Your refund covers the purchase price minus our original cost of delivering the gym to you, and return shipping is arranged and paid by you. Freight on a steel gym is substantial and varies with distance from our warehouse – if you're closer, the deduction is smaller – and we'll tell you the exact number before you decide, so there are never surprises. No restocking fees, no other deductions.
  • If we got it wrong – the item arrived damaged or defective, or we made an error – we cover everything, including all shipping, for a full refund or free replacement.
  • Missing parts may reduce the refund by the cost of the missing components.
  • Worried about fit? Ceiling ranges are listed on every product page and our 60-second quiz checks your space before you buy. But if you measured twice and it still doesn't work in your home, the 30-day guarantee has you covered.
  • After 30 days we can't offer refunds – but Brainrich gyms hold exceptional resale value, and our support team (and the Brainrich app) stay with you for the life of the product.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
