Q: How would you describe the quality of the Brainrich play gyms?
A: All of our products have non-toxic materials that are safe for kids. We use non-toxic and scratch-resistant powder paint, the highest quality plastic, and steel.
Q: How safe is it for the kids?
A: BrainRich play gyms have been tested with a 440lb (200 kg) load on the frame, which allows us to advertise the maximum allowable loads of 220 lb (100 kg). There are no exposed sharp edges or holes; we have thought of every detail by covering these, so your kids don’t injure their hands. We’ve put anti-slip grips on the actual bars.
It is important to strictly follow the assembly instructions and test the integrity of the whole unit before you let your kids play with it. It is important to periodically check the tension and/or safety of the wall mounts. It is also important to educate your children on some basic safety rules and closely watch them when they are utilizing the play gym. It is highly recommended to use safety mats or crash pads with our play gyms. They can be found under the Add-ons section.
Q: What are the benefits of the Brainrich play gyms?
A: Check out our blog post, which highlights all the benefits. In a nutshell, the Brainrich play gyms help your kids develop strength and dexterity. Kids need to keep busy, and the Brainrich play gyms help them keep busy physically and mentally. Firstly, the play gyms help your kids get stronger and develop muscles. Secondly, the play gyms help your kids’ brains develop through the different and creative ways they can use these gyms. Our play gyms are also great for kids with autism and some other physical disabilities. Our play gyms promote independence, individual thinking, and creativity.
Q: I know I am an adult, but it looks like so much fun, can I use it too?
A: If you weigh less than 220 lbs (100 kg), go for it! In fact, we receive a lot of feedback from moms and dads who have used the play gyms so frequently that they suggest great improvements and enhancements. Why not use the Brainrich play gyms to keep the whole family fit? We’ve got a few #instamoms who love to showcase their routines with our stylish equipment.
Q: Will my walls or ceiling be able to hold the play gym? My house is made out of wood.
A: You will want to install the play gyms in a stud or joist, either on the ceiling or the wall. Using a stud finder will make this process easy. If the distance between the studs isn't suitable or you're still unsure about your ceiling’s capabilities, simply get a piece of plywood, secure it to the wall using at least two studs, and mount the gym to the plywood. American homes vary greatly from one another; we urge you to use common sense and ask around if needed. It will not work on office-type ceilings – if you can poke a hole in it with your finger, it is not a good idea to install a gym against it. Still unsure? Q: What if my ceiling is too high or vaulted?
A: We have some ladder extensions that will add 20.47 inches, but if your ceiling is taller than 10' 5" or vaulted, then consider a Model W3 or Model W3 Max instead.
Q: Can it be installed on a carpeted floor?
A: Yes, the carpet will get compressed, so you may want to check on it the next day to make sure that the necessary tension is still there. You will want to periodically check the tension.
Q: How much space does it take?
A: The descriptions of each model include dimensions. We recommend creating a safe zone around the gym, ideally with at least a 3-foot radius. This will give your kids enough space to play and have fun without the risk of injury.
Q: What is the best age to start with Brainrich play gyms?
A: We recommend our play gyms for children aged 3 years and older. You can easily adjust the height of the monkey bars and the pull-up bar, as well as the length of additional equipment such as rings, ropes, and swings. Our play gyms will provide years of fun and activity for your kids!
Q: What do you mean by the ‘adjustable and modular gym’?
A: We want our gyms to work great for your child as they grow, and therefore, our gyms have been designed to be adjustable. Our gyms can be configured based on the height of your ceiling and/or the height of your child. You can move the monkey bars or pull-up bars up or down. The length of the rings, trapeze, swings, rope, etc., can be easily adjusted in minutes. You can also get an additional bar with a net, pull-up bar, dips station, and more by looking at our additional equipment section. We are continually adding new equipment, so check back regularly!
Q: Can I convert a Wall-Mounted into a Tension-Mounted or vice versa?
A: This configuration was not designed for this purpose, and we do not have a certification for it. Although each individual part is certified, the entire configuration lacks certification, which can lead to significant variations in physical properties. For example, the total weight load may differ. Therefore, we strongly advise against using this configuration.
Q: What if I have some missing or damaged parts?
A: It is frustrating when things get lost while unpacking (or if you have a little one helping you :-) ), sometimes it could be that we’ve missed something when packaging the play gyms as well. In any case, please let us know as soon as you can, and we will make sure you get a replacement. Send us an email at info@brainrichkids.com.
Q: What are the warranty terms?
A: We offer a 12-month manufacturer warranty, but please do reach out to us if you have any issues beyond that time frame. We expect your play gym to last at least 5 years, so we will do our best to help you maintain it.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Every Brainrich play gym comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right for your family, just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.

Q: Do you run any promos or offer any discounts?
A: We don’t run big seasonal sales like Black Friday or Christmas deals, and you won’t see 30%, 40% or 50% off from us. Many companies raise their prices so they can mark them down later. We don’t think that’s fair to the parents who pay full price, so we keep our prices honest and steady all year while we keep improving our products. Q: Can I get reimbursement from my employer for any kind of Stay Fit health program?
A: As we mentioned, if you are under 220 lb (100 kg), you are also able to use our gym and get fit. If home gym equipment is eligible for reimbursement with your employer, then you surely can do so with our products. Don’t forget to share your email with us at checkout so you can receive your receipt via email. If you have trouble locating it, check your spam, updates, or other folders. Q: Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is included in the price anywhere in the continental US, including Washington, DC.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam: shipping costs extra. Email info@brainrichkids.com before you order, and we’ll quote it for you.
• APO and DPO addresses: shipping may cost extra, because rates change. Email us and we’ll confirm the cost before you order.
• Canada: shipping is charged separately, because rates vary a lot by area. Email us for a quote.
• Other countries: we can ship almost anywhere. Email info@brainrichkids.com and we’ll put together a quote by hand. Customs duties or import taxes may apply outside the US.
• Timing: most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Your gym comes in several boxes, and they sometimes arrive a day or two apart.
• Carriers: we ship with FedEx, UPS and other major carriers.
• Tracking: you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
