Brainrich play gyms are HSA/FSA eligible for qualifying families, and we’ve built the whole process into checkout. Choose HSA/FSA as your payment option, answer a short health survey, and a licensed provider reviews it and emails you a signed Letter of Medical Necessity. Then simply pay with your HSA/FSA card. The effective saving is up to about 30%, and the whole thing takes a few minutes with no paperwork to chase.
This is common for children with sensory processing needs, ADHD, autism, low muscle tone, or developmental delays, where the gym provides prescribed vestibular input, proprioceptive “heavy work,” motor planning, and self-regulation support. The funding alphabet, decoded
HSA (Health Savings Account): pre-tax medical money attached to a high-deductible health insurance plan.
FSA (Flexible Spending Account): pre-tax medical money you set aside through your employer each year.
LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity): a short note from a licensed provider that makes a “dual-purpose” item like a play gym eligible for HSA/FSA funds. Ours is issued right in checkout, with no paperwork to chase.
DD waiver (Developmental Disabilities waiver): state Medicaid programs that can reimburse sensory and developmental equipment for children with a qualifying diagnosis, in some states up to 100%.
ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account): state education dollars some families can direct toward learning and developmental materials.

Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)
The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program allows parents to choose the educational option that best meets their child's needs. ESA dollars cover multiple education expenses, such as private school tuition, curricula, educational supplies, tutoring, and more.
ClassWallet Information
ClassWallet is the financial management platform for the ESA program. Parents can make tuition payments, purchase educational items, and pay for other education-related expenses directly through the ClassWallet Marketplace.
To access a student's ClassWallet account, families log in through the ESA Applicant Portal and select "Go to ClassWallet Account."
