Canada's funding landscape is different from the US — and in some provinces, stronger. Provincial autism funding can cover movement and sensory equipment, and Canadian families have already used it toward Brainrich gyms. Money should never be the reason your child doesn't get the movement they need. Here's every Canadian door, in one place.

Door 1 — Provincial autism funding
British Columbia: the Autism Funding program provides up to $22,000 per year for children under 6 and up to $6,000 per year for ages 6 to 18. Equipment requests go through your child's funding plan, and BC's own adjudicators say the strongest requests tie the equipment to specific intervention goals used at home. Canadian families have already been approved to put this funding toward Brainrich gyms. For the ages 6-18 budget, our Model W3 and Model T3 fit comfortably inside the annual amount.
Ontario: the Ontario Autism Program's eligible-expense list explicitly includes sensory and movement equipment, and no professional sign-off is required for eligible purchases. Your funding is managed through AccessOAP: 1-833-425-2445 or info@accessoap.ca.

First Nations & Inuit children · Federal programs
Door 2 — Jordan's Principle & the Child First Initiative
For First Nations children, Jordan's Principle funds products and services a child needs, including movement and developmental equipment, with a professional's recommendation. The national line answers 24/7: 1-855-572-4453. For Inuit children in Nunavik, the Child First Initiative has confirmed movement equipment can qualify.
Applications need an itemized cost estimate and a recommendation letter from a regulated professional. We'll prepare the itemized invoice for you: email your full name, your address, and the model and color you're interested in, and we'll send it back with shipping, applicable taxes, and the full total in Canadian dollars.

Door 3 — A letter from your child's therapist
Does your child already see an OT, PT, or pediatrician? In Canadian applications, one strong letter does most of the work — and the strongest letters describe specific intervention goals the equipment supports at home, not the product itself. Door 4 — Brainrich financial aid
Tight month, big need? Tell us. If your child has a diagnosis and money is tight, just ask — we trust you. No documentation required. Every application is read by a person, not an algorithm. Open to Canadian families.
A budget doesn't have to cover the whole build at once. Every Brainrich gym is modular: a Model T3 that fits this year's funding becomes a Spider V3 the day you add the Monkey Bars, and each add-on is its own purchase with its own invoice. Families regularly fund the frame now and the expansion from the next funding year, out of pocket, or as a gift. Nothing gets replaced along the way.
