The system

Buy it once. It grows for a decade.

Brainrich isn’t a toy you replace. It’s a 10-in-1 modular steel play system: ladders, climbing net, rings, rope, trapeze, swings, monkey bars and more on one frame. Start with the model that fits your space and budget today, then expand and re-arrange it as your kids and their skills grow.

🧱 Modular, like LEGO in steel

Start with a Model T3. Later, snap on monkey bars, a climbing net, more swings. The same frame becomes a Spider Max over time. You never replace it; you extend it.

📏 Every bar adjusts in minutes

Move any bar up or down to match your kid’s height, age, or the day’s game: toddler-low rungs today, teen pull-up height tomorrow. Build any configuration you can imagine.

Why Brainrich

What this gym actually does for your family.

Let’s be clear: we love outdoor play. Nothing replaces sunshine, fresh air, and vitamin D, and when the weather is good, our advice is simple: go outside. This gym is for the hours when that isn’t feasible: too hot, too cold, too rainy, too dark, too many mosquitoes. And for the many hours families spend indoors anyway, it turns “I’m bored” into climbing.

🔋Energy out, calm in

Big energy gets a safe outlet. Owners report calmer evenings and noticeably better sleep.

💪Confidence that transfers

Mastering the next rung becomes “I can do hard things,” on the gym and far beyond it.

🌀Sensory input, on tap

Swinging, hanging, climbing, heavy work: the exact input OTs prescribe, available 24/7 at home.

📵Screen-free independence

Kids choose climbing over the iPad and entertain themselves for hours, while you get things done in the same room.

The science

Movement builds the brain.

Physical play isn’t a break from development. It is development. And modern childhood is quietly running a deficit.

80%

Sensory seekers · ADHD · Autism · Home OT

Not just a toy. A home occupational-therapy tool.

About 1 in 4 Brainrich families came to us for sensory needs. For sensory-seeking, ADHD, and autistic kids, movement is regulation, and the gym delivers the exact input therapists prescribe, at home, every day.

🌀

Vestibular input

Swinging, spinning, hanging upside-down: the balance-system input OTs target first.

🧗

Proprioception & heavy work

Climbing and pulling body weight is the deep-pressure “heavy work” that settles a dysregulated nervous system.

🧠

Motor planning & core

Planning a route up the net builds coordination and core strength that carry into the classroom.

“We do virtual therapies in our house every day – OT, physical, speech. The therapists all love it.”

Nicole M. Parent · child with developmental delays, in OT/PT/speech

“As an early childhood special educator and mom, I wish I had this earlier. My kids, 7 and 9, still love this thing!”

Jean C. Early childhood special educator

“Our almost-2-year-old can use it as an extension of OT! We’ve been able to attach her sensory swings and other attachments for her therapy.”

Assembly, honestly

Built by parents, not contractors.

Every Brainrich gym is designed to be assembled by the family that owns it: two adults, one afternoon, no special tools. It takes 4–6 focused hours for one honest reason: extra parts and redundant fasteners whose only job is your kid’s safety.

🧰Everything’s in the box

Labeled boxes, every tool included. You bring the afternoon, we bring the rest.

🎬Follow-along videos

The Brainrich app plays step-by-step videos and animations for your exact model: pause, rewind, repeat.

Still on the fence?

What owners wish they’d known sooner.

These are the six questions every parent asks before buying. Here’s what 12,500 of them found out.

🥱“Won’t they get bored of it?”

The most common fear, and the most disproven: owners report daily use at year three and beyond. “The newness has not worn off.”

🛡️“Is it safe?”

Rated 220 lb, tested to 440, with 250+ deliberate safety decisions. And the record backs it up: across our 12,500-member community, not a single serious injury has been reported. Worried about falls? A gym at home gets climbed daily, and daily practice builds the balance, spatial awareness, and grip strength that prevent falls. Familiarity is the real safety feature: kids master every rung. Adjustable bars let challenges start low, and impact mats cover the landings.

📐“Will it fit? Will it wreck my ceiling?”

No drilling, no bolts, no damage. It presses, never pierces. Renters welcome. Fits ceilings 6′9″ to 10′6″; wall-mounted covers the rest. The quiz checks your exact ceiling before you buy.

🪵“Why steel and not a cute wood climber?”

Beautiful in photos, but category reviews show wood climbers chip, loosen, and get outgrown by age 6–7. Steel holds a 220 lb teenager and reconfigures for a decade. Buy once, not twice.

🔧“How hard is assembly, really?”

Honest answer: plan on 4–6 focused hours with two adults. It’s designed for parents, with no special tools needed. Labeled boxes, every tool included, the Brainrich app walks you through on video, plus live FaceTime support. Prefer not to DIY? We’ll help you find a local assembler.

💸“It’s a lot of money.”

One owner said it best: “Spend $2k on a TV and no one bats an eye.” Daily use at year four works out to about $1.30 a day, from $75/mo, HSA/FSA eligible, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, with strong resale value when they’re grown.

Questions, answered

Everything else you’d ask us.

How does HSA/FSA payment work?

Under IRS rules, a play gym is a “dual-purpose” item: it becomes HSA/FSA eligible when a licensed provider documents medical need in a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). That’s common for kids with sensory processing needs, ADHD, autism, low muscle tone, or developmental delays.

We built the whole process into checkout:

  • Select HSA/FSA as your payment method
  • Answer a short health survey
  • A licensed provider reviews it and emails your signed LMN
  • Pay with your HSA/FSA card

The whole thing takes a few minutes. Final eligibility is always determined by your plan administrator. Email us and we’ll walk you through your plan’s process.

Is this really a therapy tool, or just a jungle gym?
Both, by design. Brainrich gyms are developmental and educational movement equipment used by families, homeschoolers, and educators, and incorporated into therapy-informed home programs to support gross motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, balance, coordination, and motor planning. When recommended by a licensed healthcare professional, they help children work toward individualized therapy goals, which is exactly why OTs recommend them and state DD-waiver programs fund them, and HSA/FSA administrators accept them with a Letter of Medical Necessity.
What ages is it for?
Ages 3 to 12+. And honestly, parents too (rated 220 lb, tested to 440). Every bar is height-adjustable, so the same gym reconfigures from preschooler to pre-teen to pull-up station. Many families are on year five with the same frame.
Do I need to drill into my ceiling or floor?
No. Tension-mounted models press between floor and ceiling: no drilling, no anchors, no damage, and they move with you. For very tall (10 ft+) or slanted ceilings, choose our wall-mounted line.
How long does delivery and setup take?

Orders ship in 5–7 business days (US).

Assembly honestly takes 4–6 focused hours. Plan an afternoon, ideally with two adults. Everything arrives in labeled boxes with every tool included.

The Brainrich app walks you through each stage with videos and animations, and we’re the only company we know offering live FaceTime setup support if you want a human on the line.

What ceiling height do I need?
Tension-mounted models fit ceilings from about 6′9″ (basement kits) up to 10′6″ (tall kits), depending on model and extensions, and they press against the ceiling with included load-spreading guidance, so there’s no damage. Ceilings taller than that, slanted, or drop-tile? Choose our wall-mounted line. The 60-second quiz checks your exact measurement before you spend a dollar.
What’s included? Will I need to buy add-ons?
Every gym is complete and climbable out of the box: frame, rungs, and the equipment listed on its product page. Swings, climbing nets, cross bars, and monkey bars are optional add-ons, and because the system is modular you can start lean and add them at birthdays and holidays. The quiz (and our community) will tell you honestly which add-ons are worth it for your kids’ ages.
What if my kids don’t use it?
First: you’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: a full month of real play, even assembled and used, with no restocking fees (shipping costs are the one shared part; the plain-English policy). Community data says the opposite happens: daily use for years is the norm. And years later our gyms hold exceptional resale value. Owners routinely recover most of their cost. It’s simply a low-risk purchase.
We can’t afford full price right now.
Three options, in order: Shop Pay installments (from $75/mo), HSA/FSA pre-tax dollars if you qualify, and our financial-aid form, a 2-minute application we personally review. Families with a documented disability may also qualify for 100% state waiver reimbursement; we’ll help with the paperwork.
Any weather. Any time.

Rain, heatwave, or blizzard – play happens anyway.
