We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Brainrich gym. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or shipping error.

• Please measure your space carefully before placing your order. If the play gym does not fit your space, this is not considered a valid reason for return.

• If returned boxes were opened or parts are missing, the return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
