The Sensory Toolkit: two downloads that run your child's movement and regulation, every day
Free, print-optional, built on the occupational-therapy playbook. For parents of sensory seekers, autistic kids, ADHD kids, and every child who crashes into the couch at 4 p.m. These are not blank forms to fill in: each download is a ready-made system your child helps run, with the games, ladders, and dot trackers built in.
1. The Sensory Diet Starter Kit (5 pages)—a sensory diet is a planned schedule of movement and pressure that keeps the nervous system regulated the way planned meals keep blood sugar steady. Inside: the three input types explained in 60 seconds, a checkbox Dose Menu of 26 activities, a pre-built fridge-door daily schedule with circle-one swaps, and the Two-Week Dots, a tracker your child colors that tells you exactly what's working.
2. The Home Movement Program (5 pages)—the exercise plan for kids the team-sports system doesn't fit: predictable, visual, individually paced. Inside: the research in three numbers, a wall poster with the same five blocks every day, three skill ladders (hang, swing, climb) with rungs to color in, a personal-best graph kids chart themselves, and six cut-out movement break cards.

This toolkit was built by the team at Brainrich Kids. We make steel indoor play gyms, so the movement side of regulation is our daily work—and the science behind every page is free in our Sensory Diet 101 and Exercise and Autism guides, no gate. Share this page with any parent who'd use it.
